A Rockport, Texas resident contacted our team requesting that we make the 8 hour drive to them. After listening to her story and researching Rockport’s damage (no electricity, infested with mosquitoes, a real bad need for almost everything), we decided that this was a mission we could not turn away.
We arrived in Rockport, Texas and set up at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church to hand out supplies and serve a home cooked meal to the masses. National guard members were also present to help hand out water and MREs to Hurricane Harvey victims.
THANK YOU to everyone who supported our efforts and helped raise over $12,700 to assist those in need. The residents of Rockport needed the hope that they are not alone on their rebuilding efforts.
